30 Minute Workout !!

I've been trying to keep up with working out lately.
It can be hard to find time to do a workout if you are a busy bee like me!
Instead of long, 1 hour workouts only 2-3 times a week...
I've been doing shorter 30 minute workouts 3-5 times a week!

I will start by warming up my muscles
Typically walking fast on an incline for about 10 minutes

Then I will stretch out my hamstrings, quadriceps, and inner thighs
holding each stretch for 30 seconds

Next I will run up and down my stairs 6 times

*STRETCH EACH MUSCLE FOR 30 SECONDS*

Strength train/tone my inner thighs by sqeezing an exercise ball
1 rep 3 times (holding for 15 seconds)

Strength train/tone my biceps by doing twisted bicep curls
1 rep 5 times

Strength train/ tone my triceps by lifting a 10 pound weight up and down behind my head
1 rep 15 times

Strength train/tone my abdominal muscles by doing standing side bends with a 10 pound weight
2 reps of 10 bends

I WILL REPEAT THIS EXACT CYCLE 2-3 TIMES
WHEN I'M DONE, I STRETCH EACH MUSCLE FOR 30-60 SECONDS
